S4 Nogaro Avant and Silver sedan at Go Motors
Drove by this morning and noticed these cars on their lot if anyone is in the market. Given the GM posts on this forum, buyer beware -- that Avant could just be a resprayed 2.8L with an S4 bumper

They offered to take back the car
minus taxes
minus fees
($1,100 out of my pocket)
Plus they had already sold my trade-in and they had no inventory close to the car I was sold(20k miles on an 01)
I went to the BBB, and Go Motors was unwilling to work with me. We (BBB and I) offered several paths to resolution: a check for $1900 to cover the differnece, HID kit ($300), or trade a set of 16" wheels off of a lot car and trade out my 15"s (essentialy $0).
They refused to take any offer saying I was simply after their money when all I wanted was some form of positive customer service.
I left my complaint open and on file with the BBB. I could have taken the legal route as I have documentation stating the car came with the options it was missing, but I'm tired of dealing with them. They spit venom.
I'll just continue to remove business from their office by telling others about my experience - consumers have a right know that they may be cheated.

Re: They offered to take back the car
Wow, I know after your initial posts I was shocked. I had just shopped with them while searching for my A6 (Feb/March 2004). I did think some things were strange and their whole "certified" thing was bogus when I asked them about it and they said to get it certified it would cost about $2500, so why say it's certified int he ad?
Anyway, I figured they were just another small dealer, but I never would have thought they'd be like this.
Sorry it was such a bad experience, no one should ahve to go through that.
