Default Sonny and Tom, you missed out on a good garage day today!

Met John at the hanger, he had the left rear of his car in pieces as he was replacing his wheel bearing.

We got my car totally off the ground and I installed stoptechs front and rear. Everything went well, both cars left under their own power and we didn't break anything else while working on them.

Wish I could say the same. Had a heck of a time with a buddies TT Replacing strut bushings and bearings. The collars to set the height were frozen on the shock bodies so bad it was nuts. Ended up trashing one a bit so will have to order a new one for him as well as a bushing/spacer that was missing (as were the strut bearings oddly enough). Car did drive much better with the new bushings (old ones were so bad it was not funny)and with the presence of bearings.then his brake light switch went out on his way home disabling brake lights and cruise control.

To top It all off I got a gnarly gash on my face when I owned myself with a tool that broke loose.

Default I hope you at least bloodied your friends car after gashing yourself.

Mine has more than a couple stains on it from various projects...I refuse to wipe them off!

Default That thing had me all sorts of pissed off...

Ordering a few parts that were missing on it Monday - that and a new collar, and the susp should be money..... I'm still pissed about that collar though. Had to hack the crap out of it to get it loose, but it was so seized on there it was either that, or cutting it off totally. I *deplore* doing that.

Default I can actually hear what my engine sounds like with the new wheel bearing!

It was nice to get the bearing done finally. I've been quite busy house shopping lately.
