What is This? Warning Noise with the Parking Brake light flashing. Is it brake pad warning?

Three beeps and the red light flashes? Low brake fluid.
If your pads were low you'd get a circle symbol in the LCD. It happened when accellerating fast from a stop, right? Check the fluid.
