Default Wow. This sounds really familiar. Did we ever date?

The thing is, hon, I really don't like making a big production out of breakfast. I don't like to spend alot of time on a big sit-down thing, and frankly, the money bothers me, too. I mean, seriously, 9 bucks for an omelette? I could make the same thing for like $3, $4 tops. I could put together this whole thing for $10 flat, and then you and I could talk and cook, eat, and then get on with our lives.

Why don't I just make us some eggs, and then we can get onto our day before noon, you know, not try to chase the light just so we can get like an hour of hiking in.

OK SRSLY, "going to a nice breakfast" was like a monthly fight I used to had with an ex. She also used to start fights about equally petty and inconsequential things like upgrading the lighting in my house, my metalworking and motorsports hobbies, etc. Needless to say, there is a reason she remains my ex.

Oh, but as far as a Boulder coffee (not westminster), I'm totally down.

The coffee shop down the street from Tire Source is good, but crowded.

I suppose that's it. I just know it's a block south of Tire Source.

Default I'm picking up what you're throwing down Bob, but...

breakfast is one of my favorite meals (along with lunch and dinner) and some places are worth it. In addition to Lucille's, I like The Walnut Cafe and The Original Pancake House. Other than that, I prefer to do it myself. BTW, I feel the way you do about steak places. Very few restaurants can prepare a steak that I consider better than my own;-)
