Default Winter tire suggestions....(more inside)

<center><img src="http://www.t-mobilepictures.com/photos/photo23/6b/b8/c4edc5e688fa.jpg"></center><p>I have been putting off new tires so that I could put some winter tires on the car. (maybe).

What would you suggest for the S4?

Edge Racing has Hankook IceBears for only $114 a tire right now.

I think it is time, I have cooked off my other tires.

Icebears are pretty darn good, but I still like the Dunlop Wintersport M3's better

Default I love my m3's but...

I used to have blizzak ws-50's. Keep in mind this is a performance winter tire vs. a snow/ice tire. The Blizzak's were light-years ahead of the m3's on snow and especially ice. However, their dry handling was horrendous. I've been quite please with the m3's from a compromise standpoint, but if you want maximum snow/ice traction without good dry handling go for the blizzak ws-50's.

Default I'm on my third and last season with my M3's. Great wear and traction

I'll be replacing them next winter with the new version of them, the 3D

Default I love my Michelin Pilot Alpin's.

Great compromise between performance and full blown snow tire. Was very happy with these tires last winter.

Two winters on the M3's and can't complain. Do the job in the snow and great in the dry.
