not sure if its a repost, but has anyone seen or heard of Tim Allen's 650hp RS6 from the factory!!!

A service guy told me that Tim Allen (home improvement) has an RS6 tuned to 650 hp from the factory AND honors the stock warranty.
Anyone hear or seen of this beast?
Or is this just a repost?
