That's the first thing I did before resetting the Codes....no vermin found...

No Monkey's either....go figure...

On VW site this code is linked to Temp sensor and sounds like a minor fix, but on the RS6 it could be a sensor so far up under there that you need a Rat and a Snake to change it....or an engine pull by several Monkey's..

The evap cannister is a small round thing in front of the passenger side engine bay that makes a clicking sound while driving..Its responsible for recycling the fuel vapors from the tank to the motor.. its an emissions thing.

Second one might be a thermostat going out..
