Default Donut for RS7 Performance

I currently have a 2013 S7 with 75,000, and love it. I also like that I have a real donut for a spare. I have the opportunity to purchase a new 2018 performance for a crazy price ( which will be only $15,000 more than a new 2019 S7 ( when it comes out next year ).
I want to know if there is anyway to retro fit a donut into the space where the donut should sit ?
Also I live in south Florida with very smooth roads, and will be giving up my air suspension for the suspension on the performance edition with ceramic brakes. I will not be tracking the car, but love to drive aggressive at times.
Any thoughts ad advice will be appreciated. I also noticed that Mercedes and BMW offers run flats, so you can drive if you get a flat, but the Audi RS7 does not.
Thanks

I have a 2015 RS7 with the B&O and 21" wheels. The spare fit perfectly where it belongs. If you flat a front wheel, you first have to transfer a rear wheel to the front and mount the spare on the rear, as the spare won't clear the front brakes. I've had to do this once so far. It's better than walking!
