2 weeks into owning RS4 and car is already in shop
Got back from out of town last night and the car was completely dead in the parking garage of the airport. I thought I must have left a light on or something in the car but the more I looked everything looked normal. Got it towed up to the dealership and apparently I had a faulty battery. No biggie...hopefully should have it back this afternoon. Can't wait to get it back!! Hope it's not a sign of things to come.

I feel your pain
Had a similar bad experience with Audi Roadside. They said that since the car was parked in the garage and the tow trucks couldn't get to it that there was nothing they could do. Basically they denied service. So I just dealt with the service department and they were great. Got it towed and back to me within a half day. Sorry about your saga but glad it's resolved and back in your garage.
