The only negative would be you wouldn't rotate the tires.
but I've turned to the thought of not rotating tires anyway. It seems when I do the tires get noisy. I'm at 11K and all 4 pretty much look the same and are still quiet. If I get another 8K out of them I will be lucky.
Still the SL III will set you back 4K and some change but they look extremely nice...and you can paint the centers a custom color. I would have to try to match the Ti package color with the chrome lip.

If I weren't committed to the HRE M40's, I would consider...
ccw wheels, pretty affordable, fully forged and lightweight. Many different options. SP510's look pretty sharp.<ul><li><a href="http://www.ccwheel.com/files/wheelprofiles-display.php?id=SP510">CCW</a></li></ul>

No advantage. Same weight as stock, no better looking and only 8.5" width.....
Interesting, however, that if you go to the BBS website they do have both the ultralight forged RGR and RS-GT in 19x9 sizes, but they are not available through the tirerack. Still, about $1200 each. Bottom line is that for a light wheel in 19x9, you'll need to spend $1k at least.
