Avus silver...interesting color. Almost chameleon-like. Notice in these pics (taken at high noon) how it's reflecting the color of the sky, giving it a baby-blue color. In lower light conditions, it takes on a darker, pewter-silver color. Earlier today, I had it parked next to some big shrubs, and it took on a greenish shade. Very interesting effect. So anyway...the pics:

Avus Silver is a great color. It really defines the lines of a car.
Probably my second choice of color. But I was set on Daytona Grey the first time I saw an RS6 in the color a few years ago.

Beautiful ride Bob. Hey wait a second..aren't you the one who swore by black??
I thought there were no other colors to be considered than black! LOL.
Avus Silver is definitely one of the colors I would have to seriously consider if I ever got an RS4..looks terrific. I've had too many silver cars however and finally turned to white as an alternative this time around. Silver looks fantastic though.
