Default Anyone driven P Zeros *and* the Contis

After a quick breakfast run up the canyon this morning in HiRev's Pirelli-shod car, I think the P Zeros might be more precise, and the Contis more plush (mine has the Contis), but I need a second opinion.

Default I've had Pirelli's and Continentals on my other car.

IMO the best tire out there are Michelin PS2's. Not the cup tires.

Default I think the consensus here is that the PS2's are the best

That said, I have the P-Zero's on my car and they are fine.

P-Zero's are fine but changing to PS2's when these are done. Sparky is right again!

Thanks! It is good to be occasionally right.

Default yeah, but never really pushed the contis

I had contis on my B7 S4, but I never really pushed it. The PZeros responded well to aggressive canyon driving. No track time with either of those tires.

Of course they are! However, CLASS, let's try to stay on-topic.

Default I have P-Zero Rosso's on the Lambo, ContiSport Contact 2's on the A8 and PS2's on the RS4...

And have had all three on other cars aw well. The Conti's are a good intermediate tire. Quiet and great grip for everyday spirited driving. But push them hard torwards the limit and the tread blocks get squirmy. They hold their grip, but do not give the most reassuring feed back. The Pirelli is a great handling tire, even up to the limit. But for street use, they suck and have the worst road noise of any manufacturer. It only gets worse as the miles increase. PS2 is my choice hands down.
