There is no list...
With Audi Exclusive someone can make a color from scratch, so since there are so many there isn't a list online anywhere. As of now a special order color has to be one that is already made, but who knows what will happen when Audi Exclusive becomes available in the US.
Check Sparkhill's registry for colors that have been ordered already. As far as new ones that we haven't seen your best bet is to contact Audi in Germany and see what they say.

When I was in Germany I was told about a camouflage car...
with a matching interior. So, when they say anything they mean it. They might not let you call it Puke or **** though ;-)
