Default Might be the known "pad material transfer" process. Are you switching pads between street and ...

Track duties?

Default Same pads at road and track. The whole rotor surface was covered by pad material after track, now...

only some spots left and I affraid that they stay.

Default Try the following...

Use acetone or denatured alcohol on a clean shop towel to remove remaining brake "glaze". It is not recommended to use an aerosol brake cleaner as some feel that residue can promote brake pad glazing.

If this fails, the glaze does't wear off from normal use and you are concerned about noise, vibration, or less than perfect braking (grip-slip-grip-slip) your options are (in no specific order): media blast rotor, rehone rotor, replace rotor.

Default The binder materiel got too hot, 'flowed' a bit, transferred to the rotor...it will wear off..

eventually after several applications. Easy fast way to get it off...coupla bedding procedures to put heat in them again, but stay off the pedal until the system cools.
