Default Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 275/30/19 Content

Although she's not that clean, I thought that I would post my new shoes (mounted this morning). Next month, I'll have these meaty skins on the track and will provide a complete street/track report at that time. BTW, no spacers.

Default did whoever mounted them on your stockers mention anything about how much of a pita...

they were to install? I'm just wondering if they're anything like the RE-01Rs in that regard.

I had RE-01Rs mounted and unmounted on two occasions on the stock wheels and both installers mentioned that since the stock wheels were too narrow and the tire sidewalls were so stiff, it was hard to get the tires on the bead without forcing them on or extreme overinflating before deflating to right pressure.

Looks great btw. Nice and meaty. Should work awesome at the track since the RE-01Rs that's they're improving upon already were.

Default you're correct, larry. $200 in labor and PITA

But, the Audi guys working on it were great. . . the installer is concerned about the control arm rubbing under heavy loads. So, we'll take a look after the 1st track day.

Snap. I have RE-01s on another car and they were a pita too, and they are just 225/40/18

Are you running spacers? If so what size?
