Can you get the Euro front bumper and make the front parking sensors operational in U.S. cars?

Yes....
But you will need 4 parking sensors, 2 special holders for the filler plate ones, the euro filler plate with the holes for the sensors, the interior button, and the wiring harness.
Then you will need to run the wires and hook it all up. Personally I don't think it worth the trouble.

I agree it's a lot of money to just get rid of the reflectors, but I love the look.

Along with sensors and holders you also need the European control unit ...
as the US is only ready to accept the rear signal. There is a harness which you can purchase premade as well for doing this, it however replaces the entire bumper harness, though it's not an extensive replacement. If you want to go nuts you can also add a dash mounted switch for the parking aid, go full Euro!
Cheers,

The bigger "Gills" that match the size of the intakes is the best look. You are right of course.
The European look is how it was designed, and then modified to meet our silly *** standards.
