Are ceramic brakes coming as an option?

I searched and couldn't find much except that they clearly are on some cars.

2008 option?

Not according to the AoA rep I saw at Sebring yesterday

He only mentioned some more interior trim options would be coming available like piano black. Nothing performance related.
