Coil

Today my engine started sputtering and the check engine light came on. Thankfully, I work next to NGP in Lorton. It turned out to be a coil. No big deal and it was replaced in 10 minutes. Has anyone had this issue? Evidentially, AUDI knows this is a problem. I have 7 more to go and they are an easy repair but I would rather not pay 65$ a coil.

Any advice would help.

I seem to recall a recall on that issue. If I'm not mistaken, all of mine were replaced. Does this sound familiar to anyone else?

I called and they said that it's VIN specific and my VIN wasn't on the list. Oh well, I will do it myself. Thanks for the help.
