Audi loaners are up the discretion of the dealership, I think MB requires them
most Audi dealers have taken advantage of the new loaner program; Im surprised a dealer like Rusnak wouldnt. We're an extremly small Audi dealer and we have a loaner fleet.....

I guess it's just down to how nice the dealer wants to be...
They basically give me a check for $25 and walk around the side of their building to the Enterprise shop which is on-premises. Sometimes they have an Audi available. Obviously this costs the dealer very little money and I'm sure they bake it into the service cost anyway.
Last time I was there I had a choice between an A3 2.0T + DSG or a new A6. So I took the A3 and had a blast. So much so, that a couple of my co-workers wanted a test drive!

Enterprise rental is in the MB dealer (same owner) next door, I have used an A4 and Lexus while....
they were working on my RS. MB is also available but who wants to break down in the loaner. :-)
I will say that it was one of their selling points that if I needed one they would put me in an Enterprise rental/loaner.

Loaners in Rochester
John Holtz gives them - I usually get a b7 a4, but have gotten the occasional A6.
Funny thing is that I have a friend who takes his car in for service - he didnt buy it there and they make him sign a contract that he will return the car with a full tank, and its always near empty when he gets it.
I bought my car from them, and I have never had to do that.
Guy in my office has a cayenne from the same dealer and he has gotten a C4 as a loaner on more than one occasion.

Only if they keep it overnight.
Rusnak is pretty good about taking care of you though. I haven't had any problems with them. They've replaced my clutch and are going to replace the windshield for me. I've had a little bad luck.
