there are a few things I'd like to discuss with you regarding a disclosure issue by dealer and AoA of what was likely an existing serious condition before you took delivery. Also, your correct position of no longer wanting that particuarly RS4. Lemme know...

Guess his gut was right
It sounds like those first 75 miles weren't just the tame test drives many of us thought they were. If the car had problems out of the gate, it is very sad that they were not disclosed. Ben, assuming reason has returned, I apologize.
BTW, daveak05 your offer is a very nice gesture for a [insert derogatory comments about AW members made by dxben]. IMHO, AW is really the only place with consistently reliable and useful information.
Finally, I sure would love to add that blue lemon to the VIN list so at least nobody here ends up with it.

Ben's delivery mile post

I think...
he was ripping AoA for their treatment of him and expecting support here. It was a little over the top, so that's where it all went wrong, IMO. But it doesn't change the fact that he bought a new $75 car and has had no chance to enjoy it.
I will remember the "burrito" post for a long time. Loved that one!

i do feel for him. and i understand his disappointment over his upcoming vacation...
...as i've been thru that before.
but he got nutty way before he even took delivery. seems like a nice guy, but maybe a bit wound up.
as he put it, "The Monk of Performance Cars".

Agree
If he just posted the plain facts and didn't get overly emotional (at least on a public forum) he would have had alot of support. The ad idea was one to keep to himself-should have figured he'd get one on awot.

If any of you are TRULY interested in assisting him you may want to send him an......
e-mail. After that Cluster Flaming Attack all Friday night I doubt he will be back for awhile.
