If you get a euro headlight assembly, you transfer over all your bulbs into the housing, right? I know there is no orange lens, but is the bulb orange?
I think the turn signal has to blink 'amber' to pass massachusetts inspection Cant you then just install an amber bulb?

The stock bulb in Europe is a silvervision type bulb. See if you can order them with the housings..
If not there are a few options in the US.
I have the Phillips Silvervision, I forget what the other ones are called.

You would still have to reprogram the lights to ROW setting
You could even reprogram your existing lights so that the orange bulb only lights up when being used as a turn signal, which many of us have done. Depends on if you can live with an orange reflector in there.
Another option is to knock out the orange reflector (Clear Corner) and replace the bulb with the silver bulb that blinks orange. Would cost less if you're willing to go through the process.
For about the first year of production all RS4s globally had orange reflectors it the headlights.
