Evil, now that your injectors are changed out, do you still feel that flat-spot?

It started again today, right after the engine light flashed yellow on the way home from the......
car show. I ran it by the dealer and they checked the codes. I had a misfire on two cylinders; I guess that's better than the three that had misfired the previous times. So now the dealer, AOA and I start the guessing game again next week. O, well :-( Maybe I should just swap it next year for a new RS8 w the V10!!!! ;-)

really sorry to hear that...and so much for the correct approach being touted here...
sounds like Audi did the 'ol process of elimination after all, and expensive injectors to boot. good luck getting it figured out, and i don't mean thast in a sarcastic way. i really hope this works out okay for you.

Is there any way to lget a count on how many people are having this problem...
And possibly build date and VIN. Maybe link it to the person who has the RS4 Reg so we can go there to look at the data.

So have the plugs been changed? .
How about the wires?
I've had misfired due to oil on the wires.
A good shop can also run a vag as you are driving and record all the parameters.
Good luck
