Default Found 2 problems on car today...

Spent the better portion of the day cleaning and waxing the car, rain-x the windows, and ran into two annoying little issues.

First there is a leak into one of my headlight housings:

Gonna have to get this fixed fast.

Second there is a tear in the rubber seal on the passenger rear door, upper part where the window rolls into it:

Hope they warranty both of these. I know I didn't cause either one, I don't use a pressure washer on my car nor do I jack with the rubber seals.

Lastly, look how pretty she looks when all waxed up!

I am not wure whats up with the weird shimmering mottling but its from the camera/flash. Was too dark to take one outside in natural light.

Default I use Meguiar's products

I used Meguiar's NXT wet look wax. Cleaning I just use a terry towel and some Meguiar's soap in a bucket. Warm water of course, yesterday was 24 degrees outside.

I rain-x the outside windows, and use simple green on the inside windows, and use Gold Class (Meguiar's) Aloe leather cleaner/conditioner. Worked really well on my last few Audi's so will stick with the Meguiar's brand. Never had any issues with it.

Default Nope, never touched the lights. Still have the yellow corners.

What did you do about it, if anything? I am worried about moisture in there freezing and progressively popping it. It gets damn cold here in winter. Not fricking cold, South Dakota Style, but definitely wetter.

Default Car is 4 months old....

I paid good money for the car, I certainly don't expect leaks into the headlights, and a splitting seal also prone to letting in water. Especially at 4 months.

You can do what you like with your car, I don't give you advice. I am willing to bet most here would address these issues immediately upon finding them.

Default ha, nice. I don't plan on selling this car

My last cars were just cars, not a collectors item like this. Which is why I will be picking up a daily driver asap.

I have no plans to ever sell this car. However in a couple years I will probably sell my daily driver. Probably an All Road, if I can find a decent deal on a 4.2L.

Default Dries quick here in SoCal, and no ice, I get your point. If the lights pull off slightly...

I'd add a touch of sealant.
Like you, I'm also the type you can buy a good used car, or anything else from
