Default FREE Factory Recommended Maintenace for 4 years/50K miles on '07 RS4
Just got a letter from my dealer and I quote:

"Your 2007 Audi is eligible for free factory recommended maintenance up to 4 years or 50,000 miles. Supplemental oil changes, which you may desire, are not covered by free maintenance. Please call us for details."


WTF?! What would you RS4 guys do?

I haven't bought it, but was planning to buy soon....maybe I should wait.

Default What was the cost on the Free Maintenance Program?
My dealer charged me $750 at the time of purchase which was in June '06 for this maintenance program, now he says it costs $550. I just want to make sure I'm getting the straight scoop.

Default $550 and dealers cannot mark it up. If you paid $750
You will need to call and open a complaint with Audi and you will get you $200 back

i wonder if the dealerships complained about it to AoA....

No, if you would've read the letter, you'd know it says FREE.
