A thought occurred to me recently.

When I was 19, I wanted a 300ZX Twin Turbo, so I posted a little here and there in the twinturbo.net and I acquired one.

When I was 25, I wanted an 03 cobra, so I joined modularfords.com and bought/built a 10 second 03 Cobra.

When I was 27, I wanted an A4, so I joined Audi World, started posting in the A4 forum, and leased one.

My next toy will be an RS4, so here I am =o)
Nice to meet all of you....

Default Welcome to the club. Don't test drive one until you're ready to purchase.

Otherwise you'll contract the disease that we all have.

Default I drove my "cousin in law's" E63 AMG over Thanksgiving.

I almost pulled the equity out of the house =)

This actually happened to my friend Torrie.
He immediately stopped everything else and bought a Ford GT once he rode in Joe's car:

Long, but fun! Joes 1000 RWHP Twin Turbo Ford GT

Well, you are a true WINNER who turns dream into reality.

When I am 16 (late 80s), I wanted a 300ZX Twin turbo. I only got a 77 Celica ST
When I am 28, (late 90s), I wanted a F355 F1. But I only got a Skyline R34 GTR
When I am 33 (nevermind), I wanted a RS6 Avant, but I can only get a S4 Avant.

Well, I am 3? now, I wanted a Toyota Sienna. I am pretty sure I will get what I want this time. (expecting a new baby, first time dad).

Wow.....

Default How did you like the R34?

I've still never driven or taken a ride in one.

I had a few long conversations with Jim Wolf (The only kind of conversation he's capable of, he'll suck you in =o) and looked into getting one a couple years ago, but I didn't want to dish out that much money for a used car with fairly high miles.

Did you ever take it to any track/autocross events?
