about it I did hear the engine note but it was a very quick burst because he was in the parking lot. It's so funny because as I was driving into a parking space, the guy next to me was in the RS4 and leaving. It was only the second one I've seen on the road, but first one up and close other than the test drive one I was in just a bit earlier in the day.

Anyway, I did notice the beefier tone compared to the S4. I know this pales in comparison to an all-out flooring it to the metal situation.

....at least 6 different RS6s (2 ebony, 2 misano, 1 mugello and a couple daytonas), and there is already another Daytona RS4 right in my area. i also see a Phantom Black one at my dealer all the time cuz the chick who owns it keeps running over nails ;-)

not to mention the gobs of B5/6/7 S cars. i still love the looks of the B5 on the road. classic.
