Default just arrived in Hong Kong....

and in the front of my hotel are 2 430s, a gallardo, maybach, phantom, 360 challenge, a couple of S classes....so i go around looking at the cars, and I see 3 EVOS!!!! so im excited as the valet only has about 20 spots for "high end" cars and what do I see all the way at the end?!?

A black RS4! nice to see the RS4s are grouped with the evos :P

Default There are 2, but the one you're referring to is probably the old Regent.

Nice hotel by the way.

I prefer the Conrad or Island Shangri-la (mostly b/c of the location).

Default I'm not sure she'll learn too much in the classroom, but it'll be a good experience.

I spent a semester abroad in HK. The curriculum and profs were not strengths. Also fellow students (locals and nationals) weren't the best in a team project setting. But the city and ppl more than offset the weak pts.

I've never stayed at the Peninsula either. But i suppose it the legendary equivalent to the Raffles hotel in Singapore. So I can see the allure.

Default You'll like this story then

She looked at the website for the Australian team this year and it seemed all they posted were pictures of them partying - one of the reasons she chose HK (not accepted yet though)

So she took a class this summer in Arkansas (she is interning at JB Hunt Trucking this summer) and the instructor basically read from the text and tested from the book - a first for her
