Default Just installed C6 RS6 rear rotors

Now when my original 324x22mm rear rotors have seen there best days and needed to be changed, I wanted something that would better match the front 370mm rotors, so I went with the 356x28mm rotors from the new RS6.

The installation was quite easy, the new rotors fitted right on with only minor modifications, a modified RS6 caliper mounting bracket and new brake dust shield was the only other parts needed.

easy, the RS6 caliper is identical in size and just have thinner material
that holds the front brake pad

Indeed brake balance is very important.

Read on the StopTech guys testing their brakes vs a Brembo equipped Nissan 350z. Unfortunately slapping big calipers and big rotors does not guarantee better brake performance.

This is more of an appearance mod than a performance mod. With the weight distribtion that Audis have, they tend to punish front brakes. I've never seen a tracked Audi with distressed or overly worn rear brakes.
bla bla.. I know all about that, and everything is ok, the mod is 100% for appearance. and if you never overheated your rear brakes on an Audi?!?! you never driven very fast or hard on a race track thats for sure!
