Could not find anything but the price on that site, Do they list performance gains anywhere? Have been thinking of trying the unitronic

http://www.unitronic.ca/uni/content/view/50/33/</a

I still think chipping an RS4 is a lot of $$$ and risk for little return.

I agree, it just doesn't seem worth it.

Default change in full throttle A/F ratios and timing maps?...

Thats all that can be done with a naturally aspirated engine really. If the company can data log A/F ratios(in the exhaust - not at the tailpipe) while making a dyno pull, then they can make noticable improvements. If its just seat of the pants changes while not monitoring the A/F ratio, I'd say its not worth it.

Hey Vijay, I talked to Singh briefly awhile back and they seemed like good guys but I never did any follow up. There is one guy who posts a lot on audizine that had Singh do his car and he is really pleased with it. I would say its between them and revo. Right now I'm kinda leaning towards revo but let me know what they say after you talk to them. This is what they told me back in december when I had emailed them..

"The results for this car are around 26hp using 91 octane, the rpm will be raised, speed limiter removed, we'll take away most of the hesitation and flat spots, etc, etc.

We can talk you through the removal of the ECU's, there's 2... one on the passenger side and one on the drivers side engine compartment. This car can not be flashed via OBD2, the ECU's have to be bench flashed (no soldering involved). "

I didn't get around to asking about TQ increase but they did mention being able to advance the timing a bit more if you are running 93 gas or have other mods. Good luck, I'm still kinda on the fence with the ECU remap but I'll prob give it a try eventually..

Default Rasing the RPM on this engine is flat out stupid. It already has F1 piston speeds and the highest

mean piston speed of any production engine. I can promise you that this company or any other chiptuner out there haven't put 1% of the engineering into an RS4 engine compared to Audi. Without some serious engineering work (FEA, Ricardo Pisdyn, Ringpack, AVL Glide, etc) and validation work, I wouldn't exceed Audi's 8250 RPM rev limit.
