Yes...

Stock RS4 exhaust (cold) = 5.9 x 3.75...Milltek = 6.3 wide

let me add by saying that although the stock tips are slightly smaller...

millteks hardly look bigger and physically are actually not any larger in cross section since the outer edge of the milltek follows the curvature of the bumper while stock doesn't.

they fit great on the car.

Yes and no......

I *believe* the exact lateral dimension is the same, but since the Milltek is cut on a slight diagonal to follow the contours of the body, the distance measured across the opening wil be a bit greater.
