I just had Yokohama ADVAN S.4. installed on my summer wheels

I figured I would sell the Conti3s that came with the car as they hardly have any wear on the car as I put snows on immediately as I got the car home.
I wanted a quiet and longer wearing tire than the Contis too.
If I had not gotten sick this week I would have taken the snows off and put the 5.4s on by now.

Yokohama ADVAN S.4. good tire for the money. I had about 12K on them when I traded in the bludemon
and they had plenty of life left in them. Probably a good 25K-30K tire for the RS4 depending on driving style. My miles were mostly highway.
If you saw my post about 5 months ago I was not impressed with them at 1st but after the newness wears off the tires really start to grip.
Once I burn through the Michelins that are on the new ride I will probably go back to the Yokohama.

I remember your posting - and was one of the reasons I went to them - thanks
I am taking a heat for putting them on but I don't drive at 80-100% of the cars capability most of the time.

I have Advan S.4s as well. I remember your post from last month.
Great tire thus far. I almost wish they had a 275/30 version, but it's sorta dumb to have a fat all-season tire....haha
