when i sat inside and the engine is idle, slight shaking is felt..feels like the body is rolling left and right. does the v8 engine cause this?

What constitutes slight is subjective though. I presume that car drives fine?

The RS4 has a lighter weight flywheel than the S4...this contributes to a rougher idle.

Chris, do you know if the RS4 clutch is a step up in durability and clamping pressure over a B6 S4 clutch? I'm wondering if this is an upgrade worth making or should I just go with a Clutch Masters (or other) clutch...

I don't have any technical specs on the RS4 clutch. To be honest though, I don't think I would trust it as an "upgrade". From my experience and from what I've heard, it doesn't seem to be much more robust than the S4 clutch. I would put more faith in an aftermarket unit like Clutchmaster. I have no first hand experience to base that off of though. I would call up the guys at VAST performace and see what they say. :-)
