Default Oil seeping from left front strut

I was swapping out spacers this morning and noticed my left front strut is caked with oil on one side and seems to be coming from higher up in the strut itself. The other 3 are clean.

I only have 2000 miles on the car. What's the lowest mileage for a DRC repair?

I may be swapping over to the Stasis SLs sitting in my garage sooner than later...

12500 miles and no leak yet. Can't ever get a good defective part when you really need one!

Default john, mine are leaking, 4k, and i am waiting for the dealer to get the tool in to properly install

a new set. Like I said in another thread, have audi install a new DRC system before you get the Stasis. This way, you will have a brand new DRC system that you could store in your garage to use when you need to return the car to stock. It'a much better than having leaking, good for nothing, shocks in your garage. Get them for free now while your car is still under warranty.

Good luck, I'll post after my DRC is replaced next week.

Default That's a really good point.

Better to have a good system to put back on if I ever want to go back.

I wonder what a dealer would charge to re-install DRC?

Default PRE -Delivery

My car, with less than four miles on it, failed predelivery inspection and two shock assemblies had to be changed.

good good stuff
