For all those that think a bike is faster than a car around a track well here's the proof it isn't, four wheels will always be faster than two...

However both of them get a whopping by an aerobatic airplane.

Steve Jones in the aerobatic airplane, I believe an Extra 300.

The bike laps Silverstone in 1:57 and is a whopping 26 seconds slower than the F1 car driven by David who lapped the circuit in 1:31.

However they both get a good thrashing by the airplane that lapped/flew around the circuit in 1:04, that's 27 seconds faster than the F1 car and an amazing 53 seconds faster than the Superbike!

I would really like to know how many Gs the aircraft and pilot pulled to remain within the confines of the track to beat the F1 car by that much. Superbike VS. F1 car is not a fair comparo. They could secure an F1 car but not a MotoGP bike?
