I'm putting Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta 275/30-19 on the car Monday...
We've been running them on a Sportec RS300 for a little while now with impressive results. I think it will be a perfect mixed use summer tire for this car.

On my third set of Falken Azenis RT-615
Had em on my old S4 and loved em. Though RS6 was too heavy for these tires, but turned out just fine. Best handling tires i ever tried, but lifespan is really shorter than PS2 and they only come in 18". But once you try em will never go back. Love R-compound

275/30ZR-19 Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Position XL here
275/30ZR-19 Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Position XL here and they are great on the street and track. Have only one track event for two days on them. Seem to be holding up OK. Great grip, real stickey.. Hope they last better than P zero or the same

Wear vs. Performance?
Depending on whether you want to optimize for wear or performance I'd say PS2 or RE01Rs.
For performance, I'm understanding that the grip of the RE01Rs seems to make up for the increased weight. They have a 140 wear rating and cost $269 USD.
For wear, the PS2s are superb with a 220 rating. And they have the best grip of the max performance tires, and probably slightly better rain performance than the Bridgestones.
I understand Vijay's concern for weight, but no matter how light and responsive the car is due to unsprung weight, higher grip levels will make a huge difference in overall performance.
As a final note, at first look it seems like the RE01Rs might be a bad choice due to the wear rating. But, if you normalize the wear ratings to cost, you'll see that they are only slightly more expensive over the long run than the PS2s. If you divide the cost of the tire by the wear rating, we get a cost/wear ratio that we can compare. They are as follows:
cost vs. wear
Pzero System - $2.39
RE01R - $1.92
RE050A - $1.91
PS2 - $1.8
Advan Sport - $1.72
PZero Rosso - $1.59
ContactSport3 - $0.94
Eagle F1 - $0.85
