Default Question on the US 0150 Update to RNS-E
How long did the update take?

I have tried it a couple of times and each time I get the updating files screen, then some Asian text before the screen goes black for 20 min or so. Then it appears to restart the process.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Default I saw the same problem...
And just gave up. I ordered the real new DVD from Navteq (which includes the latest map info) and the update worked perfectly.

Mmm never had that problem occured in any of the Nav units I updated

All I saw on their site was the 2006 update

Default When you call, they have the 2007 Update available
They were very effecient in sending it out. Arrived in two days, even crossing the border in to Canada.

however with the vag-com I rebooted the system and the new update had been applied.
