Resonated vs. Non-resonated

No problems with my Non-Res, Valved
I have just installed the Non-Res, Valved and the car booms to life upon starting but then after it drops to 800 rpm it sounds no different from stock.
Everything else that you have said is accurate about it sounding beautiful above 2500 rpm.
I'm thinking that flap issue is causing the sound to be too agressive as well

Update - Got the valves to work
Not sure what the issue was. But I moved the control arm on the valve about 10 times last night and this morning it works. It's opening and closing as it should.
I think having one side closed and the other open was giving me some very strange results. The idle sound is not what I experienced last night with the one open and one shut. The exhaust does sound so much better with the valves shut now. And it does get more lively with them open.
I'll drive on it for awhile and see if I want to get the resonators.
