like the 9500i Passport for my RS4?!? All indications are that overall performance is not quite as good with V1, and the arrows are essentially useless since i'm likely to slow down regardless of from where the alert is originating. Hmmm! Car is pre-wired and compatible with any of the above, or even the Solo S2! Thanks to the whole critical thinking lot of you in advance.

Default I love my V1, and I do find the arrows VERY useful...

whenever it goes off, I find myself looking for the threat. My old detector didn't have this and I'm really enjoying it now.

Default Mark....V1 arrows are not useless.......

I have had a V1 for many years an owned escort/ passport products before that. The arrows are a huge benefit in real world driving situations not to mention that the arrows actually can track multiple signals. Also, the reality is that all detectors will pick up false signals and this is where the arrows are really helpful too. It is really too much to go into it all here, but trust me, there is no substitute for the V1.

Default completely agree...

I use the arrows daily to determine if the threat has passed or is coming up.

Default Me third.......

I've owned a V1 for almost 8 years and would never consider using anything else - it has proven itself time and time again!!
