He drives a R8, but he catches a S5 mid-air. Look-->

Its a Q7. They show you in one of the trailers.
I guess when the fight between Iron Man and the villain is going on there is a family in a Q7 that is picked up and thrown at Iron Man. Plus the R8 in the movie is Silver. That car is looks pretty black to me.
