sirus module removal side effects?
Has anyone removed the sirus module on the drivers side in the trunk? I do not need sat radio and would like to remove it but do not know if that will affect something else on the car. Anyone knows something? Thanks.

Re: side effects? boredom on road trips - i couldn't give up sat. radio for anything
i tried it but cancelled after the free trial. it had great programming, but all sounded like crappy compressed mp3. too bad they couldn't make it a bit better quality.

Only side effect is that it will still be on the nav menu
When you toggle through your inputs, Sat will still be there. I've not been successful VAG-COMing it out.
