So, how crazy/improbable/impossible would it be to put A5/S5/R8 LEDs into our RS4s?

So, how crazy/improbable/impossible would it be to put A5/S5/R8 LEDs into our RS4s?
I saw an A5 the other day and it just looks sinister. It would be nice to have the firepower that our cars have to back it up.

I considered getting them custom installed like this S4 but it would block airflow to the brakes.

I've thought about doing this...
