So If you are told you would have delivery 5/28
and receive no calls, rather, you have to make them to the dealership. And are given no answers as to why the delay...what are your next steps after putting $2000 down?
Wait it out? What could account for the delay? I see a couple guys actually had thier rides delivered earlier than the 28th from NY & NJ.
I want my RS4 NOW!

Call and ask them to track the location of your car.
Your car should arrive in Quonset, RI. The dealer will be able to tell you where it is right now.
BTW, who is your dealer and what was the interior and options that you ordered?

if they can't give you a VIN and exact location of your car...
...get your deposit back and find another dealer. A similar thing happened to me, except I had no deposit to worry about. I made 1 phone call and found an available RS4 sitting at the port. About a week later it was in my garage.

Same thing happened to me
Told I was going to get my car in 3 months so ordered in August last year. took almost 5 months to arrive, so I got tired of waiting and took the S6 that was in the showroom. Yeah, I know different car, but after I sat in the S6 I was in luxury heaven!! Good luck.

Wait!
I was only told my RS was here when I called in to change the color on the order, and they informed me the car had just arrived at their dealership.
Wait a few more days. Totally worth it.
