Default It exists - I used sound taxi

SoundTaxi easily converts DRM protected music files and various audio files to unprotected MP3, CD, iPod and other MP3 player file formats at high speed and CD quality.

Before you start to use SoundTaxi, we remind you that SoundTaxi frees only the music you've purchased. SoundTaxi converts your purchased protected songs for use on iPod, any other MP3 player, CD player, mobile phone or PC - without any restrictions or DRM protection. So the requirement is that you must be able to play your original files in Windows Media® Player or in QuickTime® Player on your PC.

As input files SoundTaxi supports all audio formats which can be played in Windows Media® Player and AAC format. Output formats are MP3, AAC (M4A) and WAV.

SoundTaxi preserves ID3 tags for artist, album, title names etc.

Default Perhaps you should have imported your CDs as MP3 in the first place ? :)

Just kidding. As Reggie says below, there are several utilities that can be used to do the conversation process, even for the Mac. Google is your friend... If I had a mac I could probably recommend one, but I'm a PC user.

Default WMA Convert will convert from aac to mp3

It runs in a batch mode where you can point it at your current iTunes music directory, and create an identical mp3 directory.

WMA Convert
