Is there a VAG-COM to disable Nav Plus warning?

Is that a definite "unfortunately no" or a probable "unfortunately no" ?
I was able to accomplish this result with my E46 M3 by having the dealer change the NAV location from US to UK (where the populace and the legal system haven't yet run quite so amok).
But when I inquired about this kind of customization to the RS4's programming (car memory options, key memory options, enable/disable this or that feature), it was clear that Audi either does not educate their dealership network as to the options that can be customized, or Audi does not make as many features customizable, period.
If the RS4 NAV has a location awareness setting, such as UK, and this setting can be changed outside the factory, then I suppose it might be possible to achieve the desired result, if somewhat indirectly.
In my case, the UK NAV location in the M3 had another unexpected pleasant benefit: all distances were called out in miles and YARDS, as opposed to miles and FEET, which, for a golfer, makes WAY more sense... I know what 150 yards looks like, but I have NO IDEA what 450 feet looks like !!

Well, there is no way to do it with VAG-COM.
I talked to Sebastian at Ross-Tech about this and he said that the coding was built into the NAV unit. You would have to change the NAV software, which you can not do with Ross-Tech VAG-COM.
Perhaps you could eventually somehow hack it directly. Try the NAV Plus forum. There is a thread over there about hacks.<ul><li><a href="http://www.navplus.us/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3056">http://www.navplus.us/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3056</a</li></ul>

I could do this for you...
