Is the torque spec for the wheels like the others 89 ft-lbs?

I torque to 100. Never had a problem.

I was always under the impression one risked warped rotors using the wrong spec

True, but over torquing by 12% is unlikely to cause problems

Default more importantly, you could crack a wheel.

I agree it's probably not likely, but I always stick with 90ft-lbs to play it safe. take the car for service pretty much anywhere, and they'll over-tighten the wheel bolts...even at the dealership.

Ford Tarus and SHOs were very susceptable to warping due to over tightning

Default Maybe, but not at 100 vs 89 lb-ft.......

Most pneumatic lug guns that dealers and tire centers use will tighten your bolts to a sphinter bleeding 130-140 lb-ft. Even that ususally doesn't cause problems except that the bolts are to a bitch to get off manually.
