TPMS seems way too sensitive... flat tire warning keeps going off...
checked pressures and it's 41, 40, 40.5, 39, so I reset it w/o adding any air (had no compressor handy) and after a drive, it's still going off, checked pressures again... unchanged. I wish there was a way to increase the tolerances of the system. So lame. I think I'm just going to shut it off completely via vag-com.
Or perhaps one of my sensors is busted? but that seems unlikely. I'm going to equalize cold pressures later to 41 on all corners and see if I still get flat tire warnings.

Perhaps it's the difference b/w 41 and 39 that is throwing the fault ?
My hands and butt are very sensitive to small differences in pressure (oh, that didn't come out right...).
IMO, 2 lbs is a BIG difference.
OTOH, if you set them cold and they were all equal, and now checking them hot you are finding this difference, and then you check them cold again and they are equal again, then something is heating the tires differently.
If that's an alignment problem, a brake problem, or some other acute problem, cool, the TPMS is doing a GREAT job.
But if it's just normal heating differences from various locations around the car, especially the engine compartment, then you are right, the TPMS is TOO sensitive.

Mine just went off yesterday as well (didn't happen until after I read your post hmmm). Reset the pressures this morning and all ok so far...
