The cat back is the only piece of the system that has been proven to produce a gain. Non res, non valued is $1700 if you install it yourself which is not very difficult given it a bolt on.

And compared to MTM, the Milltek is a bargain. In terms of value, no question that the non-valved systems are worth their cost. Downpipes.....probably not, until you combine them with a better intake AND modded ECU designed specifically with these mods. That is the key. A complete, synergistic package.
