I originally did this because I was going to install a black optic grill and I still wanted to carry the Silver trim theme on the front of the car, but it looks great with the stock silver grill also. Never installed the black optic.

Your filler plate looks great too, BTW. Never knew you painted it.

Default You have a sharp eye for detail to notice the painted filler plate...

I painted the filler plate along with the rear valence. Stole the idea from P-cars. I'm NOT a fan of cheap-looking black plastic.

Default My motorcycle riding buddy is an anesthesiologist...

...and on our final ride this fall, I pointed out to him that he mounted his front (directional) tire backwards! I'm never going to let him forget that one. Not a knock to anesthesiologists of course. Just a funny coincidence.
