Has anyone tried Blizzak's 265/35R19 or the Continental's TS810S 275/30R19?<ul><li><a href="http://www.bridgestonetire.com/tireselector/dpp/glamourindex.asp?passproductid=1096">Blizzak</a></li></ul>

heh?
I`m just a lowly (relatively) allroad guy, so forgive me...But - how do you buy an RS4 and then saddle it with winter tires for the whole year? ...just aint right, bro!!!
I did the same thing with my prior audi and I used Dunlop wintersports all year (northeast driving) they were fine. I now use Nokian WR`s for winter and it is definitely a better dry-handling tire than the wintersport so you could consider that. M3`s were definitely better in serious snow. Still think you should switch from super high perf to all-season/snow for your winter season. Just my $0.02

You will tear those up quick in dry weather. Winter tires use a very soft compound...
with a deep tread for winter use. This equals tearing up the tread on dry roads during spirited driving.

You might try the Pilot Sport A/S, they're a good compromise tire
Great rain performance
8/10s the performance of a summer tire
1/2 the performance of a dedicated winter tire.
As long as you're dealing with plowed roads, they'll work reasonably well.

OK...now do I go 265 or 275? Will these widths clear the suspension arms on the front of the RS4?

thats always been so...
however lately ive been hearing this... that snow has better traction on snow... and that now new snow tires are made to pick up snow and create more traction... idk to me it sounds weird, and i dont believe its so... any insight to this?
