Everytime I search for the specs required for a winter (or any wheel) setup on the RS4, I end up finding a bunch of A4/S4 threads about RS4 replica wheels.

Is there a definitive source for the wheel fitment requirements on the B7 RS4 somewhere?

Stock wheels are 19x9.0 ET29...and don't appear to clear the calipers by all that much. I was having a hard time imagining an 18x8.5 wheel fitting unless it was ET15 or something.

Factory spec OEM winter wheels are as follows:

7.5" x 18" - ET21
8" x 19" - ET29

I didn't. Just asking about winter setups that clear the RS4 Brembos.

Anyone know what the minimum clearance specs are on an 8.5" set of wheels?

so...I tried my VMR708 18x8.5" ET38 wheels from my B7 S4 on the B7 RS4. No go. Not only was the offset insufficient (I knew I'd need spacers) but the barrel of the wheel wasn't big enough to make it over the full calipers.

So...back to the winter wheel drawing board. My 18x8.5 VMR708 wheels are now for sale.

If anyone has a suitable winter setup, or OEM RS4 wheels I'll take them off of your hands. Thanks
